Heroes!

Math Hero
Ethan Hughes was just an average math student until one day while studying for a fraction test he fell asleep right on top of his math book. While he slept all the information in the book was absorbed into his brain. From that day forward he excelled at all things math. We now know Ethan as our lovable, yet powerful Math Hero. As this is the only known case of learning through osmosis the rest of us are left to studying, homework, and playing some fun math games at mymathhero.com.

Science Hero
Charlotte Taylor grew up with a love for Science. While other girls were playing with dolls, Charlotte was playing with Microscopes and conducting experiments in her parents’ basement in Cincinnati, OH. Over the years she has won every Science Fair that she has ever entered. While conducting an experiment in her basement on brain waves her older brothers interrupted and caused a malfunction with the experiment. Fortunate for Charlotte the so-called disaster turned into a blessing in disguise. The experimental glitch caused a change in her brain and elevated this already talented girl to the top scientist in the world. We know her better as our science hero. To help the rest of us get an “A” in Science she created the website mysciencehero.com.

Language Arts Hero
With a name like Marilyn Reader one would think that she would be a natural lover of literature. This was not exactly the case. Marilyn grew up an avid golfer who won just about every golf tournament she entered. One day when the tournament was rained out Marilyn Reader picked up a book. From that moment forward she was hooked. She read everything she could get her hands on. Sometimes, the books were not enough so she would write her own stories to be able to control the climatic endings. She is said to be able to read a whole book backwards. Her rainy day turned into a new passion. Marilyn Reeder hopes to inspire you as well with her website mylanguageartshero.com.

Social Studies Hero

Musical Hero
Nia Alexander thought she was just an ordinary schoolgirl growing up in Las Vegas, Nevada. That is until she attended choir for the first time. Nia had never sung a solo before and was nervous that the kids would tease and laugh at her. To her surprise she amazed not only herself, but the entire class gave her a standing ovation. As Nia grew older she realized that she had an uncanny knack for learning instruments. By the time she was 20 she was able to play every instrument flawlessly. She has been trying to start a band with others as skilled as her, but has not yet found anyone up to the task. Nia has created the site mymusicalhero.com in the hopes to finding the next musical prodigy.
